Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium cycling equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, our simple returns process has you covered.
Our Returns Policy
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase required
Important Note on Bike Helmets:
For hygiene and safety reasons, bike helmets cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective due to manufacturer issues. This aligns with industry safety standards.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Get Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
- For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our mistake
Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Process
For size, color, or product exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement once we process your return
For price differences: You’ll pay any additional cost or receive a refund for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged bike parts (frames, brakes, pedals, etc.) or defective items:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Choose between a full refund or expedited replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
